As far as pokemon goes I might save my money for the next version. I'd like to see what they do with the series on the 3DS. Hopefully we'll finally get a graphical upgrade in terms of 3D-battles and exploration.

I scrolled too fast past that one ChaoticKnight. I seen a blue jumpsuit with yellow lettering along with post-apocalypticness and very briefly thought "Fallout 4 already?!"

Oh man this stuff gets me excited. I haven't gotten a new game system since PS2 so I'm way behind the times. I didn't even know there was a 3DS! D:

Well from what I read on Wiki, (I don't want to stray anywhere else in case of spoilers :P) it sounds like its going to live up to the hype.

In August 2010, one month before the games' release in Japan, Pokémon Black and White gained a total of 1.08 million pre-orders, becoming the fastest game on the Nintendo DS to break the one million mark.[7] In the first two days on sale, it sold more than 2.6 million copies,[81] becoming the biggest launch in the series history in Japan.[82] By November 3, the games had sold over 4.3 million copies in Japan.[83] As of January 9, 2011, the games became the fastest DS titles to sell five million copies.[8]

Japanese magazine Famitsu Weekly awarded the game a perfect 40 out of 40 score, becoming the 15th game to receive such a distinction, as well as obtaining the highest score ever given to a Pokémon video game by the publication.[78] Game Informer's Annette Gonzalez stated that "Pokémon Black and White do a great job building upon already solid features and taking them to the next level."[79] VideoGamer.com's Jamin Smith criticized the games for not innovating as much as some people would have liked, but stated that "rest assured in the knowledge that Black and White are damn fine games; the best the series has to offer."[80]
