Hi, I have been hauting this ite for ages and i have really managed to put something that looked like wow, thats because when i look that these work i feel like my stuff is basic crap, anyway i also never could find a place that i could use to show my work, is there any one who can help me?

Also i just got myself a tablet and have been experimenting with photoshop, but since i am left handed i am having some problems with having the mouse in one hand and pen on the other, is there a remedy to this?

You can switch the button functions on the mouse. I believe you will find it under control panel. They also do make left handed mice...
