Great emotion in the sketch and a nice choking look on the little goblin/elfy thing, just one recomendation rework the thumbs, on the choking hand it's a little too big and on the other hand it looks like it's in the wrong place, it's just an opinion not an afront.

Nice! I think you should have one on his back and maybe one dragging along the ground on his foot.
