Here is something I did from ref. (i actually found it in a thread on this forum, here (http://www.xnxx-galleries.com/hegre/Siv_the_pierced_silicon_stripper/b_310254/index.htm) it is)
The original is very "dense" so trying to break it up and possibly add something to it was a bit difficult. Well, I'm quite happy with the background anyway :)

This is a really nice painting. I love the texture feel you have going on. My only complaint is i think her hand is alittle too big. Real nice colors too. Since im new to painter, I was wondering what brushes you used for this piece. Great job.

You have an incredable sense for the figure as well as light and dark. You've got great style too. Welcome aboard conceptart.org

thanks for all your comments people!
yfront> mud uh? that thought never crossed my mind. quite obvious though now that you've said it
noshadowmaster> thanks!
Matt> I used lots of tools in this one (most of them!), mainly the ones in the dry media-category as well as most of the standard brushes. I'd be lost without Variable Flat. (EDIT: Oh yeah I forgot! try out the Cover Pencil, it's really good for adding small details and gives a very nice texure. if you look at her arm and shoulder/boob you can see traces of that one all over)
Exo> thank you
Main Loop> yes it was mostly thoughtless exercise. a bit cheap, a bit easy.. buy hey that's me :)
Joatley> great!
leestuartx> uh.. thanks!

Excellent work. Hope I'm not offending you with this, but I think there's a somewhat off-putting transition between her head and body. Her face looks like a middle-American housewife/mom but her body looks like an idealised supermodel's one.

nice, and i would like to say very 'active' looking treatment of an eternal subject. it's a pretty simple photograph your rendering technique brings out a lot of motion.
what i also think is funny is that you do her too much justice--your version is cuter than the photograph. her eyes are much closer set (and not as attractive) as your drawing :D cheers
