NYC/NJ Sketch Group!

Anyone here from the greater New York City area or Northern and Central Jersey? I was thinking that since NYC is the location of museums like the Metropolitan Museum of Art we could start a sketch group that goes and draws there once a month. The various sculpture halls are AMAZING. Anyway it's nothing official yet, but if a few more people are interesting in joining in I'd like to meet other artists so we can all develop our skills and have fun!

Actually I discovered that the Society of Illustrators holds life drawing sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-9:30 PM. It's $7 for students, which isn't bad at all, and there are usually a good number of professionals there! For those in the area check it out!

There's a Saturday figure drawing workshop in Watchung, NJ being assembled.
Unfortunately, I'm the only person who has signed up so far, and they'll need at least 3 more to get the program off the ground.
