This is the second set of observational drawings i've done for my independant study class. They were done at the city fire department. None of these drawings took over 25 min. So, i understand that there are some mistakes, however, it was my prof. who put me under a time restraint. It was a great learning device and i feel much more comfortable with my speed at drawing. Also, i'm going to have a new site up where these observational drawings will be the norm. Just some FYI. (blatent plug.)

Crits and criticism is more than welcome.

I was actually going to ask you how long it took to draw those, but I reread your post

I like your style a lot. It's pretty clean and there are only small mistakes.

For the 6th drawing, the two men on the left seem to lose depth, for some reason. I think you need to work on the shading, maybe. I'm not too experienced as an artist myself, but from an average Joe's point of view, I thought the back of the man in the back was the stomach of the man in the front ...

The last drawing also looks a bit flat.

They're all extremely well done, though, and certainly very good pieces for 25 mins worth of time...

These are really well done drawings. What is the medium?

I perticularly like the coloring and style of the vehicles.

Sparky Emily: Thank you.

Iconoclast: You're right about the figures. I actually quit on that one....so i suppose it's not really "finished". I was just sick of looking at it.

Jetpack42: Thank you. The medium is ball ppoint pen and the coloring was done in photoshop.

Thanks for your comments.
