Well i finaly got a step by step for you guys . unfortunatly theres no text with it .

Pencil : Al rio
color : Etienne St-Laurent

Photosho 7 / Painter 7 , mouse , bling bling ....

Thanks for showing us your process, always enjoyed your colorings and such. Man, you make it look so easy.. if only it was. :D

Cool! Thanks for showing this! It's very helpful to see the process you use. :D

One question though, I can see that you're building values with brush strokes, but do you simply blur them when you're happy or go over with a very low opacity brush to make the colouring seem more smooth?

Very helpful stuff, thanks. I had the same question as Dave though. I am curious as to what method you are using for smoothing the values. I can think of maybe a large blurring tool or even using the smudge tool with short strokes to merely have the colors blend...but do tell if there is a more efficient or better way to do it.
