My portfolio almost has enough pieces that I'm ready to show it to an agent, so I'm looking at a lot of agents' sites online. So far, I don't see any that seem to specialize in sci-fi/fantasy illustration. Does anyone know of any? Or any other agency-related tips would be welcome!

There aren't that many (any?), because sci-fi/fantasy is too small a niche. There aren't very many freelance jobs, and they don't pay especially well. Agents generally want illustrators who can tackle any kind of assignment. You may want to become more versatile, or dispense with having an agent, or go for contract/full-time work (e.g. at a game studio).
