Hi there, my names scott (20), i have never been on a forum before, i friend recomended it to me, after being inspired by a few artists, a guy named Nicolas Bouvier and Anry, i saw on the internet. Hmm.. well, you must have gotten another place to host the pics, cause they're showing for me.

I really like your style - the colors in the first one really pop, and I am completely in love with the airship at the bottom.

The knight on the prehistoric beastie is a cool concept, although I wonder if the beast should be a mite bigger to hold something that weighs so much. I picture the beast walking a bit like a duck, the way he's made.

Oh, and welcome!

They're up for me too mang. As Scrawneh said, Geoshitties isn't always the best place to use for hosting your work. Good dynamic range of colors you have here.
Welcome to the forum.:chug:

One critique about the second one, the beast mount looks like its neck is broke. I like the background in particular on that one though. Nice colors!

Real nice colorwork. My problem is also the second picture. Adding front legs to your riding creature would help the picture a lot. It looks like you have shoulders, but no front legs. And the beast itself looks very ackward. The head appears to swivel from the body, with no neck involved. Add some life to the eyes of the beast, they are rather dull at this time. Also the rider is very stiff and looks like if he leaned just slightly to either side, he would tumble off. Hope this helps.

Hey, cool colors in that 3rd one.

You should maybe deal some more with anatomy/proportions and stuff...The knight looks pretty funny with his short legs and stuff. ;)

okey!!! a note on the second picture! its about time i respond, i am aware of the anatomy flaws and there are plenty, however i did want to make him look short and goofy as well, so if any crits can halp make him look short yet realistic, that would help me.

my aims are a final fantacy 9 style charictor, or that furdinad guy from shrek? the prince.
also the two legged beast, i need tips on the lighting to so that his head looks like it has a forshortened neak. thank you for all your crits, ive been doing some reviseing on these pictures based on what you said. but im haveing trouble fixing the stuff.

Cool stuff! I like the first one, but I think you could pay more attention to your edges. Some background edges are too hard, and the foreground edges aren't hard enough. That way the creature can really pop out like it should.

I won't even mention the second one, since everyone else is.

The last one's my favorite, but I think the clouds could use work. They're too similar, not organic enough. Look at some cloud formations and you should be able to make it more interesting.

Welcome!
