I like the first one a lot.. very nice armor. Not sure about his shoulders.

Yeah, your right. Its been about 12 years since I read the books. I remember he was more skinny. Thanks, I love the idea of a sword that sucks peoples souls up!

all of these seem kinda flat......mainly because you don't use back lighting effectively.
Really like the armor of the first guy.......Ico was my favorite game (to bad it was SO short).

Yeah I love that game. Not really sure about what you mean about background lighting. Can you elaborate a little as to what I could do to help. Thanks!

Backlighting....... not backgroundlighting. More easier for me ta shows ya'.
I am in no way super duper artist guy......but this tip should help ya's out.

this is more of an exaggerated form of backlighting.....but as you can see back lighting gives off a reflection from another source of light...... besides the main lighting. Sometimes it can be another light or light bouncing off of a surface onto whatever object your painting.
The main point here is backlighting (subtle or exaggerated) makes things look 3D. And is something you should learn to use.
So keep painting and try it out....I think you will be happy with the results :beer:
