Ganz & Stock is an international personnel consulting firm which specializes in the areas of online portals, MMOG providers, publishing houses, game publishers, media companies, browser game providers, social media companies and technology companies.
We are looking with immediate effect for a:
Art Producer (f/m) (Full Time) based in Karlsruhe / Germany
Your tasks will include:
Management and planning of the art department's time and resources
Allocation of tasks in coordination with the art director
Control and tracking of project progress on a daily basis
Organisation and management of the reporting structure and reporting to the art director
Prioritisation of new tasks and feature requests to be introduced
Moderation of weekly team meetings
Improvement of internal workflow
Supporting the art director and others when coordinating with and managing external service providers
What we require from you:
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and excellent management skills
Extensive skills in standard planning tools like MS Project, MindMapper, etc.
Experience with quality assurance processes
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Quick, efficient, and independent working style, even when facing hard deadlines
A high degree of flexibility, and satisfaction with the constantly-changing demands that come with the gaming industry
Good team player qualities and the extra skill needed to motivate a creative team
Very good MS Office skills
High proficiency in oral and written English
Experience working with graphics studios and/or graphics teams is highly desired
Ideally, experience in the gaming industry
Skills with graphics tools are an advantage
