Hello & Welcome to the Dynamic Energy Challenge - Dynamic Wacky Self Portraits!

Open to everyone and all levels of skill - have fun pushing the levels of Dynamic energy in your art! Submitting WIPs and sharing constructive crits is encouraged!

Theme:
I think you all understand how self portraits work - but this time lets do them dynamically! Have fun making wacky faces or think of creative ways to draw an energetic pic of yourself!

The only restrictions are:
• 1 final entry per person (can include up to 3 self portraits but must be laid out as a unified image).
• This challenge is restricted to non-violent dynamic situations.
• Have awesome fun!

After the deadline there will be a Poll-thread containing all the final entries that will run for 4 days so everyone can vote for their favourite.

Feel free to use any media or art style - all I ask is that you keep it clean thanks! (no obscene stuff etc - you know the drill )

Hello. I decided to give this a try. I don't know if this image qualifies or not, the work in here tends to be a little more interesting than this. :)

It's Acrylic paint about 6" by 6".

Aw thanks :) Thought of that, maybe something involving lots of snot..but it turned into flu so didn't even have the energy to draw..just watched lots of films in a drugged up haze :D

I will have a bash today and tonight on ps but might do some painting...

Hi Hrayr! Welcome to the forums! :yayca: Nice Self Portrait! - a few suggestions would be to try bringing the shadow work a little more under control while retaining the energy, would be nice to have a bit more colour and highlights and ... if you could post images a little smaller so we can view them easier! (around 1000 pixels wide is good) :D

I look forward to seeing more art from you (I recommend you head over to the sketchbooks section of the forums and start your own sketchbook thread :) )

Ok guys - haha it's been busy this last while for me and surprise family visit today so after all my 'come on people! join in - post something!' looks like I'm actually lagging behind with producing a final piece this time!

Hey guys - firstly blaaaaaaaahh! Haha - man! soon as I think I have some easy days with some spare time, all sorts needs sorting! so I reckon better to do something rather than keep putting it off till I have the time to a more in depth SP as I was planning. So here's a quick thingy :)
