well its not all done cuase i still need to work on the spiked ball and detail the face more.

I like the colours you've used here, Veritasx53, but I think the pose and the ball have some problems.

The spikes on the ball aren't too convincing... the perspective is off. If you're looking up at the ball, they would bow upwards at the top, rather than downwards as you've shown here. And if you're looking downwards at the ball (I can't tell which is happening here... which is probably another problem), there would be more of the top visible... the rows of spikes would look more curved.

Also the pose it a bit off. People tend to become knock-kneed when they're carrying something that heavy on their back, rather than spread their thighs out like that. So he'd probably have his knees closer together to get more stability on the ground with his feet further apart.

Hmm... I don't know.
I'm not to pleased with your choice of colours... and the 'ball' doesn't really have a 3D feel.
The details could use some improvements too... but it's not too bad.

well thanks for your c+c.. i had problems getting my this picture on my computer becuase of no scanner. i had to use a digital camera and the flash ruined it. i had to darken the picture extremely just so u couldnt see the reflection. ill try and fool around with the ball a little and see what i can do. But i think his legs would be doin that if your ankles were chained together so tight. thanks again.
