A couple of characters I'm using for an animation project. The two fat guys are the same One he just happens to be a zombie in.

well, since they're stills in a neutral pose for an animated work it's hard to talk about much, but here goes..
If you're going to use that specific picture of the football guy, his pose is a little awkward to be in-keeping with a tough, capable character, but that depends entirely on how you use him. the highlights look a little odd on the jacket (unless he's got light coming out of his armpits :c) )
-note that none of those may matter if you're just using that shot to show what he looks like, rather than one of his actual poses.. it's a straightforward-looking character, but it's all about how you use 'em..
the fat guy is great, the shading on the jacket is neat and the awkward neutral pose looks good, I like it..
a couple general things, though.. making characters (and more specifically, poses) too symmetrical can cheapen the effect of the drawing, and you have to be careful about what you're shading and what you aren't, since it all has to fit together..
then again, I'm talking from a totally unqualified position, so take everything I say with a grain of salt :c)
They're very pretty, I'd love to see them in action!
[EDIT] oh, and be careful about varying your line weights.. it can look a little funny unless you've got a good reason to (like a heavier weight for the silhouette can be nice as long as it doesn't get in the way)..the detail on the face of the football guy is a lot heavier than on the fat guy's face, kinda jars a bit..

Thank you for your feedback. These are just for reference on the apearence but I still take your advice to heart because the next step was to have them look like they would when they are animated.
