Hell yeah. I am all for seeing more analog. I love the painter stuff but there isn't a substitute for manipulating matter on a surface. Roots are damn important, have fun finding yourself.
On another note, I saw your illustration in play magazine. It's very cool. I showed my girlfriend and explained that it was by "the guy who posts a self portrait everyday" and she was totally blown away (we are both illustration students). Needless to say the metroid series is my favorite (as my user name might suggest...) and I envy you for having the chance to work on Prime. I remember designing my own concepts for a Metroid game back in the day convinced they would go great with the series. Can't say they were anywhere near as cool as what you and your co-workers pulled off though. Anyways, thanks for putting so much of yourself into it. The dedication of your team really shines in the final product. Thankyou also for sharing your artistic journey with us. It is inspiring to see someone so motivated and serious minded about thier art. I'll be keeping my eye out for your new self portraits- can't wait.

I don't post alot...but...take your time Mr.Jones. What's more important is doing what you have to do. And if you do share with the rest of us, I'm sure it would be well worth te wait; just like it is every other day. :)

I hope when you post those analog portraits, you include the ones you did at the museum this last month! The one this Sunday of the little girl was superb.
