First, I believe a sketch should go in the sketches section.

But it is quite a good sketch. I don`t do colors and enviroments much (yet), but I do see some problems here.

The sky changes in color a bit too fast, the change is usually much more subtle.
And it might have been your intention, but the city seems to "lean" a bit. Like the Tower of Pisa.
And if that isn`t a machine gun being fired from the headlights, I think it`s much too bright.
And perhaps the lights on the back don`t seem to produce enough light, they should add a bit of glow to the surrounding area.

Besides that, it looks fine to me, especially the car.

Looks cool man. I like it. I really like that you choe to draw a Hyundai, I drive one.. Compositionally, I think it may improve with a bit more space added in front of the car, instead of simply having the car in the middle of the page...
