Hello everyone!

Well, funny story... I found this website through encyclopediadramatica.com while reading an article on Snapesnogger. And I fell in-love with the posts where they gave severely constructive criticisms. I fell in-love with the website itself. I want to learn, so badly! I want to change and produce better art!

Now, for the confused part... I had been panting at the thought of taking the Streaming Art classes that are currently on sale. However, I'm really confused as to how it all works - I read that they are all streamed.. live. And only some leave downloadable videos?

What if say, I wanted to buy the 'Character Design: How to,' class, but could not make it on the day it streams?
I live in the UK too, so most of the class times are a little difficult, as well that I go back to College next week and unsure of my timetable.

If I were to buy a class, would I be able to just download a live video from it afterwards?

If you have any information for me, please tell me. I greatly appreciate it, and I hope to learn much from here.

Greetings :).

The snapesnogger article on ED is great, but I have a somewhat love/loathe relationship with that site. But anyway, onto the other parts of the post:

New streaming classes are usually done live - after that are "done", you can view them on demand by buying them. What differentiates the on demand streams and buyable videos that you can keep, are that you can't keep the on demand streams on your computer, but you can view them anytime (I think). The reason due to this arrangement was that piracy nearly closed down CA.org.

Good to see new blood - hope this helps :).

If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.

And while I'm at it, start a sketchbook thread and post your art there. Don't worry whether or not it's crap at the beginning. Case in point: MindCandyMan (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=870).

Cheers :)
