Streaming classes: Splash: recv failed

I got the feminine form streaming class, and 19/20 times I try to start it, I get a java error that says Splash: recv failed.

EDIT: Oh ya, and I used my step dads debit card and the next morning the entire account was emptied.

The Elluminate thing isn't working for me at all. Everytime it downloads the play.jnlp file, I get a "recv" error. I've tried the Elluminate support links and I do manage to get their Configuration page displaying BUT there is no audio.

Note: I've also updated my Java to make sure but no joy either after that.
