the little sumi drawings are very nice...i love the marks....i look forward to seeing you paint them up as well...keep these...but id like as an experiment to see you paint them up to a more opaque quality with nice details.
right now they look like thoughts..which is great...i guess id like to see more finished stuff.
i wish a lot of the other people around here had as simple of marks to get their points across. its what you do after that that counts...but thats my late night opinion at this sleepy hour.

Nice drawing style. I always love the combination of thin and thick lines. It reminds me of Dave McKeanīs drawings.

painting the painter with painter. a very quick and dirty paint job. some of these tools are just insane..

Well, line art is beautiful itself. But I know what you mean, I have always painted with line and now Iīm trying to learn how to paint without line from the beginning, painting just volumes.
Good luck!

spiritform, those are amazing! The technique, use of lines, color, and texture all ties in with all your pieces. Keep it up, you've found your niche so it seems.

While I'm not a huge fan of this style, these are pretty good. A few of them, in my opinon are little hard to discern. I like the first one you colored the best. (the one with the big B) Some look more like brainstorming sessions then finished artwork. But that is kinda the idea, right? :D

thanks. your right, i guess these could have gone in the concepts and sketches. the one you like is finished though, so i decided post the others along with it.
