Funny Story: Drawing the female form in a head on view like this has always been a bit of a bear for me. Getting the breasts and hips (with legs slightly apart) has always been kinda tough. I find it much easier to do it in a 3/4 view, but anyway...
The pose was taken from a drawing of Shi by Phil Noto (I believe) Just working on getting that straight on view correct. (Even though it ended up being slightly to the right:()

Hey, great job there. The linework is very nice. Your cloth folds are right on, and the fabrics have a good weight and believablity to them -- which is probably harder for a lot of artists than anatomy!
I know you're working on the head-on proportions, and you're definitely on the right track, but if I could point out a few areas to work on: her breasts are slightly squared off and stiff. Since the breasts aren't stiff muscle, they need a little more curve and weight. Also, her forearm and hand are disproportionately large for a female, and relative to her body. That's an easy fix, though.
All in all, I hope you get more comments on this. It's a really good render. Keep posting.

Hey thanks a lot for the feedback guys!
leviathan- Thanks for the great critique, I agree with the breast/forearm comment. It's amazing how much that stands out after you havn't looked at the picture for a day or two.
pogonip- Thanks man!
village idiot- Thanks, I was goin for a simi-oldschool look. I've never really had trouble getting ladies' legs apart, but drawing them that way is a different story;)
