Just back up the installer and also any emails containing your software key. Burning the download onto a DVD along with the code and putting it away somewhere safe wouldn't hurt.

The trial version on the website is a full version, it just only works for 30 days till you need to register it. The only thing you really need to be careful of is your software key.

So download insurance isn't necessary. You just need to keep your software keys. Your user account on Corel also has a copy of your registration numbers (you can also put them in your corel user account)
