Bamboo Raven (http://bambooraven.com) is looking for a concept artist to help produce character and environment art for our collaborative project with Rampant Studios.
You will be given the character /environment descriptions, and examples of similar work.
The first part of this project has a strict and tight deadline of August 10. A candidate who successfully completes the first portion may be offered further opportunities.
You must be free to work on this project full-time and produce results in a matter of days. We will require regular updates to ensure the look and feel are appropriate to the setting and design document of the game.
Job Requirements
-a digital portfolio or website showcasing your work.
-a firm commitment to produce the work in the time allotted
-art style that is roughly similar or in the same vein as these samples.

If your work is of quality but your portfolio subjects are different, we will make allowances. The important points to note: strong character construction, clear rendering and not too much reliance on extraneous details or hatching,shading,painterly effects. Cartoonish but serious. Creepy yet cute.
