Alien (finished this time)

Well, here's the finished alien picture. I did it using Painter, Illustrator and Photoshop. I made it in full poster size though (22x34), so I can get some nice big posters of it. The photoshop file ended up being close to 2 gigs unflattened.

Anyways, I still have that unflattened file, so if you notice anything that really sucks about it, let me know.

I really like both version of this (the more flat cartoon one and this)

He's a pretty interesting guy, I'd just like to see more detail for the face and such to get a better feel for the species.

i love this image too. sort of like a cave wall painting feel to it. the only thing i gotta crit is i don't like how his back gets smudged into a blob of black. if it were my painting, i would lessen the dark back there, and at least give a bit more definition to where is back ends and the black smude starts. but, then again, that's just my opinion. i wouldn't mind seeing a little bit more detail on his armor and his skin either. but fantastic job! you'll be happy with that poster. :chug:
