... I near the old building and gravel starts to crunch under my feet. Strangely this is accompanied by the sound of crickets chirping - everything looks so deserted for a challenge poll o_< ..hmm .. >_o I walk into the echoing empty gallery with one overhead light flickering and spitting sparks ... the entries to our latest Spidey challenge are hung around the semi dark room ... what are those on two of the pieces? ... I walk closer. Joint 1st place rosettes! My surprise is suddenly cut short as I'm sure I hear a sound in a dark corner of the room O.Ó ... oh it's only a guest viewing the thread phew!

hahaha - seriously guys where is everyone?? The poll has been finished for a day or 2 now. Anyways a close one this time with MoHog drawing even right at the end - well done dude! :lounge: Here's a few quick comments on the entries :lounge:

Asatira - Great to see so many roughs and ideas and a fun final piece! Work on fine tuning anatomy and keeping the energy and flow of your pencil work in your inks. Great job!

Jordan85 - Epic pencils as always dude - got my vote for the excellent dynamics between Hulk and Spidey! Crits... work on tweaking your scanned image so it's clearer to see and *ahem* read the challenge info next time lol (batgirl is well drawn though!).

Mahran - Great situation and dynamic perspective enhancing the action! Would love to have seen more dynamism between the characters (eg spiderwoman's left foot pushed into venom's chest) and the colour taken further.

M3 - Yet another cool piece from you :D great idea and choice of characters. A few crits would be again try not to loose the energy and flow when finalising your roughs this has only really effected Croc in this pic. Spidey also seems to be missing his left leg? You're developing a cool comic style :painting:

MoHog - Really digging the finished and dynamic style of this piece. excellent use of foreshortening and dynamic elements. I find it hard to crit, just a shame I'm not into the Zombie etc side of things. Looking forward to what you do in the next challenge - can you be this dynamic without being creepy!

NickyB - Well done for being the only one to actually do a 3 panel piece! Loving the dynamism in the first panel and the b/w style. For me though the sequence almost needed to be reversed to get the most action. Only other things would be anatomy could do with a lil tweak or two (foreheads are quite small on cat/batwoman + baddie) and needs a lil more contrast behind landing bat.

I said enough about my piece in the main thread lol.

Another great challenge peoples! The next one should be up soon :D :yayca:
