cartooni demon - UPDATE - 3d model

Here is a sketchy sketch of a demon kind of character for like a 3d game.......(Jak and Daxter type). Ummm I painted it with the wrong color pencils so thats why it might look a little weird. Let me know what you think, I wanted to give him a different weapon, but um it basically a bat made from a huge nail and a piece of wood strapped with heavy metal around it. Yellow, um......I don't know......

NICE stuff!...i have been trying to learn 3D studio Max and Gmax for quite some time and it is pretty complicated stuff...but nice job!
maybe you can help me out with my modeling skills.
