Here are two of my latest works. It's just for fun, nothing serious :)...
Just tell me what you think of them. 10x!

I think you should remove the full white highlights because it looks like they have rubberskin or lots of oil.

Good work though! keep it up!

Oh... C'mon. There must be something that is not right with at least one of the pictures. I'm gonna think they're perfect... :D

10x for the tip Calle_!

Like the gurl... nice erm...feeling...kinda...thing :)
work on clothing - use ref (concidering you were not going for the rubber - lightabsorbing - kinda - trousers)
You would want some wrinkles and itsy bitsy highlights/ shadows that makes clothing look real nicey :)
btw - whats the portfolio for? some uni or summit?

The first guy's anatomy looks nice. His eyes seem too far forward, though, like they're popping out of his head. Push them suckers back and add some eyelids and you'll be good to go. The pose is a little awkward (feels like he's leaning too far back), but the rendering is very nice. Like Calle said, try to avoid white highlights and instead use lighter/darker colors to accent certain areas of the picture.

The girl's eyes, while not looking technically correct, are very aesthetically pleasing. She seems more stylized than your beefy dude, mainly because it seems, at least to me, the eye placement is much more natural. Her pose makers her seem like she's going to tip over at any moment. The anatomy and structure is nice, and I love your use of color and rending. Like Olivier said, though, study some pants and try to apply that to your future drawings. I think furthering your knowledge of fabric, coupled with your already established rendering abilities, would push your art to the next level.

Very nice work. I look forward to seeing more.
