I think they're just watercolor pencils. I just picked some up today as well.
First off, I think you've managed to compose the scene fairly well. The dragon has a nice pose, although I'm not sure I like how human-like it is. I somewhat want him to be more animal like, landing on his rear legs, and not grabbing on to the ledge with his claws.
I'd also think work a bit on the wings. Check out some bat wings, or other drawings of dragon wings, the "webbing" in the wing is generally very hand-like. The webbing in this piece is seperated by an extra joint.
Great job with the tail and the ridges on it. There's a great since of depth there. You also have some great foreshortening on the lower leg.
Right now the world around the dragon could use some depth. I'd try bringing in some detail to the foreground elements. The castle could use some indication of bricks. The background is too saturated. The color are too much and stand out. This is very apparent with the fire, which is very desaturated, and dull. The fire actually looks like it's sitting back further than the background. Try graying or making the background duller.
Good work. Keep practicing with the watercolor pencils, they're great to play with. Try using them for contours, then come in with a brush and water and bleed in some light washes from those contours to fill in the volume.
Keep up the good work.

first of all, thanks for repost and help, i hope i can use your advices.
the reason why the background is so dephless is that after coloring the dragon i liked it enough, but my mother said i should colorize the background too. but i donīt have a fable for doing small details with watercolor pencils, because i simply overcolor them most of the time. next time i think i wonīt do any background and concentrate on the foreground, so i can get the details better.
