this is coming out nicely. the only thing i see wrong with it (which might just be me) is that the left forearm looks like it's upside down. the way it's positioned, the hand should be palm up instead of palm down. good stuff tho, i really like your style. can't wait to see the finished piece. good luck on the contest btw =)

Scribblehead...this is really awesome. I love it. The horns look awesome too. Wow I can't wait to see this finished. One thing...could be me I'm not sure. But the proportion on the guy's right arm seems weird (The arm on the left to us). There is either something about it's placement...the size of the hand, bicep or something that is throwing it off I think. Seems like, considering the angle of his left arm and how close it is in the foreground that the back arm would be "cut off" a little more by the guys chest area...and we shouldn't see as much of that shoulder pad as we are seeing. I love the broken spikes on his shoulder pads...awesome stuff man.

thnx for the reply´s guys....i´m happy to say that josh medors (the artist on the RoR comic) is pleased w. the sketch at the moment.....he also pointed out the anatomy problems....so here´s a revised ver. not much but its better than nothing (i hate my work!)

You shouldn't hate your work man...If this was the only piece I could judge you on I would say you are awesome. Anatomy can be learned. Coming up with cool characters in cool poses and stuff can be taught but I have a hunch that its more instinct than anything...or having a cinematic eye. If you want to make yourself feel better look at the post where I put all my stuff hahaha. Keep pushing...this drawing will be awesome.
