A colorist told me at a convention one time there was no point in zooming in really close to color because at actual print size the human eye couldn't pick up those really small details that you did when zoomed at 300-600% etc.
Is this true? I always wondered about this, and if I wasted my time messing around working on something zoomed in really close up.
Is there a normal view size people use for coloring, so they don't spend alot of time rendering what you can't see?
Is it view/ print size? Is that all you need?
Thanks in advance for any advice on this. If its been covered somewhere and you remember it please post me a link.
