i like the old nintendo powerglove better. they should bring that back.

I own one and have to say it's really really nice. The software with it is excellent and you can customise it for all your programs.
Some points though:
1 - it's not wireless (though it looks it from that picture)
2 - it's easy to forget which profile you have loaded and accidently press a button you've configured for "Del -R C:\*.*"
3 - It has 3 lovely flashy lights... which it doesn't use... ever... Only when it starts up. I want my flashy lights every time I press a button. :(
But it's immensely handy for Photoshop and Painter shortcuts so you can hide the keyboard away. Being able to bind commands like "Flip Canvas Horizontally", "Save" and "Resize Brush" is pretty cool.
