cool, I love minotaurs. This is a great start but Ithink you should look at the anatomy a bit closer (not that I'm an expert!)

Even though this is a mythical creature and doesn't neccessarily have to follow the same principals as human anatomy and proportions, if you work based on a human I think that you will find the piece will become more familiar and people will be able to focus on the concept rather than the obvious physical flaws.

For example I think this guys legs are way too short, especially the lower half, now there is no reason why your minotaur can't have short legs but I have trouble taking int the picture as a whole because my eyes are drawn to this obvious proportional error. It looks strange and not quite right.

So with a few tweaks, it could be great. I really like the way you have done the head, nice work :)
