I've posted on conceptart before, but this is my first big showing of my work. (My old sites had no bandwidth at all, so you couldn't see it. Alas.) What's the medium and sizes?

thanks for the encouragement. Most of my pieces were done in acrylic on illustration board, but the hospital girl and the mystic were done with oil paint. I'm a big fan of the Donato Giancola method (www.donatoart.com), where he scans in, prints out, and paints right on top of a charcoal rendering. As for doing digital work, it'll have to wait until I can afford a real computer.

Oh yeah, sizes!

The communication piece is 17 x 22 inches, the medical piece is about 11 x 15, and the mystic is 11 x 17. Most of my pieces are a little smaller, though, like 10 x 10 or 11 x 14. I've done larger and smaller stuff, but it seems like this is my average. Glad to know someone's interested, Chris.

Hey Andy,

It's great to have you posting here. I think you should show these guys a few details of these illustrations..especially that towel around the girl's head.

Make sure you post your Mr. Hyde piece when you are through with it. I know you are going to out do yourself with that piece.

hey Andy, Nice to see you made it to conceptart.org! Theres some pretty cool art on your new site, a lot I hadn't seen before. I remember that illustration of the girl with the phone though. Was that for Mrs. Wong's class? And speaking of Mrs. Wong, is that a caricature of her on your site?!

You definitely got your painting technique down, have you started to move to digital yet?

'sup, Sean? Yeah, I'm here to stay! Thanks for compliments, etc. No digi art yet. Need good computer first. The caricature isn't of Mrs. Wong, sadly (unless you're talking about the big poseidon-looking guy on my main page–'cause yeah, that's her). It's just my friend Eri.

Fear not, Josh–closeups are on their way. And Mr. Hyde'll tear it up, I promise–
