Very nice. You've captured a shyness in her eyes. The pupils need a bit of work, they are different in size. And her earlobe looks a bit long and wide. Stay away from the blacks when using shading on flesh. Use a darker variation of tones to her skin tone. The hair could be defined a bit more. A beautiful painting, I like it. A bit more work on it and it will be fantastic!
