these are some of my latest drawings, critizism is welcome, but dont go toooo harsh on me.

looks like youve got the creative bug. to improve your artworkl i would suggest searching for articles or tutorials regarding composition, and http://fineart.sk has alot of references for the human figure so you can get an idea of proportions.
You look like the type that draws all over your homework, like I did. The teachers enjoy it no matter what they say, unless its like something nasty.

which drawing do u think is out of proportion?

Not to sound harsh, but pretty much every single human figure in there is not anatomically correct.
Like brads3d said, study up on anatomy of the human figure.

the snowboarder is obviously totally cartoon, and his proportions look pretty symmetrical, so thats cool. Some of the other doodle types, while they don't need precise human proportions perse, could use some attention to symmetricality... if thats a word... what I mean to say is, arms and legs are the same length, neck comes out of the middle of the torso, things like that. cool?
