Round 92 :: Cliché

Topic
Cliché, there's just so many clichés. Whether you want change a previous cliché or illustrator one the choice is up to you. Push yourself and try something new
Topic chosen by last round's winner HunchBack (also known as hunchy according to me ;P)

P.S THE WINNER OF THIS TEEN CHALLENGE WILL PICK THE TOPIC FOR THE NEXT TEEN CHALLENGE AND SO ON UNTIL TC 100 :)

Enjoy everybody
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trying hard to think of stuff that everyone will enjoy and I am thinking teen challenge should be a bit different from all the other challenges. Everything else is pretty specific so I want to keep TC as something a bit more relaxing and personal. Keeping it open as possible If you guys have any ideas throw them in the suggestions thread :D ----> Topic Ideas (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=146413)

Deadline
Sunday, June the 27th, 2010

IMPORTANT
1. Add a border around your image with your name and the topic, like they do with the other of the week challenges.
2. Please use the attachment manager, it helps preserve the images to forever and beyond.
3. Mark your final as final.

Good Luck everyone and Hope you have fun! If you have any ideas for where the teen challenge should go then please either PM me or post it in the suggestions thread.

I think lilnebo meant to say:
Whether you want change a previous cliché or illustrate an existing one the choice is up to you.

1. Choose a cliche.
2. Decide whether you want to change it, or simply illustrate it.
3. Draw/Paint!!!!

I hope this helps. :) Don't worry about bad English. I'm sure my version of whatever your first language is, is very, very bad. :P

Hey ludic,I'm not sure but in my country it use for someone who is relax in any situation and never feel worry!:d maybe it's diffrent from ur country:d
if meanings are same it's better to draw scene about this,u can draw stressful scene and show someone with relax mood there!(just my idea):d
good luck dude;)

Ah, okey. I think it can have two meanings, Being cold blooded as in.. What you said and cold blooded as in no emotions and care less. or something.

Yhea that's a good idea, but im currently trying to improve my anatomy and hands and arms is one of my worst areas so i thought i try to improve that ;) thanks a lot for the critique

i think that "cold blooded" is more of a literal representation than a cliche, but i could be wrong. i dont know the exact word for it but it would be ther same as "cool as a cucumber" being depicted as a cold cucumber and that kind of thing. a cliche is more of a representation that has been over used to the point that its meaning has been lost.

I was sketching for my actual piece, when I decided to draw what a real artist looks like. Of course, they're French, have a goatee, a mustache, wear a beret and are male. Doesn't everyone know that!? :P

I call sparkly UNI-CORNS!!!!!!

Well, either that or "girl all alone in her house hears a scary noise in the basement and goes to investigate."

WIP :P There's going to be a silhouette of a monster/creepy person in the doorway which should even the composition out a bit.
