Not quite happy with this one, but again time is up.
Started as a very loose pencil sketch and then I PS'd it to death.

I'm a big fan of your art Scott
Robertson, I benefit besides from my
message for saying that you are one of
the artists who pushes me to work!
:inlove:
i like the style of using "exo airplane
structures" the small regular holes.
Perhaps before fuselage in the "edged
furtive"
style would gain in comprehension if it
were understood that the engine is with
before, if not what good is it to put
hearing of cooling. It is right a remark
as that although I have more lessons to
receive than to give some.:inlove:

For a sketch this ain't too shabby:D . When I first saw it I thought it was a 3d render cuz of the lighting. I would have to agree with everyone else tho, that the nose seems a bit over-complicated. Still, a cool pic overall.

Thanks Guys.
Yeah the nose is a bit busy, just experimenting. Maybe the thing has been flying hard and now it is trying to catch its breath? I just had fun sculpting the forms as I went, no specific goal or design intent here, call it "design for art sake."

Great as always Scott, i am a big fan of your work , The "folds" you manage are great creative work , the best part is that you can read the other side of the figure very well because of the good management of values light direction ....and i can surely tell you can rotate this model in any view ...great .... also i like the reddish line you left .. very elegant design .....
Please keep on the good work and we all support you on your current development of your book ( or books :D ) and other projects

i get lost in the detail at the tip of the plane. Something doesnt seem to work for me visually. With a picture like yours my mind should be able to understand the components you put on your plane. Like one thing is for exhaust and another for artillery and so on., But i love the idea cooooollll

To be quite honest, it looks like the ship was involved in a hit and run...first impressions only...
Personally I would stretch out the nose and add little winglets(you know, like an big airliners wingtips where they are bent upwards). ...and a more pronounced engine...
I guess it depends on what it will be used for though. When I look at it I see the future of rental cars(the rough looking front and the number on the wing plus the compact size).:D
...but that's just me.
When you sketched it what purpose did you have in mind for it? ...I'm just curious. I like visualizing futuristic ships and stuff...
