Hi, post here my two first speedpaints.
Done in PS7, I used movie shots as ref, no paintover, hope you like. :D

Nah, it's pretty good, although the fact that its drawn from the movie frames (i'm assuming here) might make it look less valuable for other people, rather then if you made those scenes up.
You do have a problem that i also have. instead of putting on the right colors you right away, you glaze on top with lower opacity until you get the right color. As a result you get low contrast and overexposed feel to them. Look at Craig's (http://www.goodbrush.com) work in digital gallery, see how he does it. And the last thing the guy on the top doesn't look much like Cruise, he rather looks like Haance (probably spelled that wrong) from Die Hard.
