EOW 144: The Coastline of Bohemia:Technique challenge:
The Title is a quote From shakespeare, Bohemia has no coastline, so any coastline COULD be it.
The challenge here is the resulting image must be monochromatic
one color, you can use a complete value range from black to white, through One color. images using more than one color will be eliminated.

k thxAn outside host means exactly that - an image host that's not Conceptart.org. Instead of adding the thumbnail with the attachment manager you have to host it on another site (your private domain, photobucket, (both recommended) or imageshack for instance).
The full image gets added with the attachment manager, however.
After you uploaded the thumbnail somewhere, you simply add the around it and you're done
