I really like the sharp edges and the strong contours and angles you've worked into these pices.

Great job, Nelloc. "Knowledge" looks very familiar. Are you a AAU student/graduate?

Yeah I am, I graduated in 2006. I took ecorche back when Stephen Perkins (who designed the class) was teaching it. Stephen changed the way I saw form forever. I learned more from him in 15weeks than I had in the previous 4 years from anyone else. Hence the title "Knowledge." He teaches at Grand Central Academy in New York now. I really wish I could afford to go out there and learn from those guys. They kick ass.

Did you go to AAU as well?

I took his morphology class as well but haven't taken pics of the scupts because they are still in clay.

Cool. Yes, I've just recently graduated at the AAU. I didn't got the chance to take Stephen's ecorche as I'm a 3D major and wasn't aware of that we have such a great instructor. Lucky, the instructor(John Neary) that I had was a great one too. I've took a lot more traditional sculpting than I should, but it's totally worth it. Again, great works.

Stephen is no longer working at AAU. I think that John was in the same ecorche class that I was. There were a few graduates taking it that later took over the class when Stephen left.
