Mentor wanted

Hey, so I was wondering if there is anyone who is willing to put me under there wing to help improve my work. I am working hard right now to improve but I feel like I would be more productive if I had some one to push me in the right direction here and there. I am here (on the website) everyday just trying to get to be as best as I can. I update my sb all of the time (less now because I have a problem with updating everything I do :D) Thats about all I have to say, Pm me or post here if you can mentor me! Thanks!

Im not very qualified yet but i taught my friend at college how to draw he isnt doing to bad. it was more the fact that id set him tasks, if he didnt complete the tasks by the deadline i would neglect him for a week or more and he wouldnt know what i wanted him to do next. he took advantage of breaking the deadlines then realized. Shit... im getting better. now he keeps showing me his work and he pretty much is making his own path on behalf of being pushed in the right direction. So want some tasks? if so let me know how much time in a week you have spare because these will be weekly tasks

TAKE YOUR TIME, RELAX, AND MAKE EACH LINE AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE AND AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. think about this. 24 hour deadline

jeez I am almost ashamed to even post this. I think this is my worst Digi painting I have ever done :(

-proportions are off by a mile
-values are being pushed at all
-I don't think all of the values are there
-she should have been shaped better

you should invest in a scanner and scan in a skethch then paint , mite help. but on the digital side of things, here's a big issue. the , draw what u see , issue. Whatever program your using im sure you have an undo button. As far as im concerned its there for a reason, digitally only leave a line you made when you like it if you dont like it delete the line, if u like it think about it, if u love it carry on to the next line. this should all happen in a second when your putting your lines down. as for values... id recommend checking out sulphor's sketchbook for here little cycle, im not much of a digital painter at the moment myself but the idea is to get the basics down. ok, i know your up for this next task.

Your not gonna like this, but here goes, and dude... you do this ive got a lot of respect for you and your up against another to get it handed in and done nicely, remember to concentrate and learn! dont just rush it cus its a big task. Now there are 178 pages,draw all the drawings and read the entire thing, its called Glen Vilppu - Drawing manual and your deadline is 2 weeks (14 days) Sounds like alot of days well it is and such a task can be completed easily however not only this but im still setting you 24 hour tasks. if u cant handle it tell me il call off the 24 hour tasks. 24 hour deadline - Paint a still life (your good at this ) :)

ok, theres a lot more to be done, but continue with the villpu studies then move on to another book when u hav completed it. this is to get u to understand that if u learn these master teniques u can grow your own strand of styles from within them. Now i want u to do 100 posemaniacs 20 then 100 30 and 100 15 seconds posemaniacs from www.posemaniacs.com 30 second drawing. DEADLINE = 48 hours
