The man only guys by the name FALCOON.
He's been present online for awhile now in fighting game fan art sites. He's japanese and I personally don't know much about him. He does a new piece of art work EVERYDAY, which is very cool. He did basicly only "portrait' art for years and he has recently started doing full body art which sometimes confuses him, you can see that he doesn't understand hands/feet and the lower body proprotions. I really love his work though.

Most of his "designs" aren't his. They are fan art. The one you posted i believe is fan art for a snk game character.

hey d, thanks for the info.. man.. thats fan art? his work is so polished, i assumed he was an official designer for capcom, snk, etc

everyday, too? like the Android of character art

this just makes me wonder...hmm how many other great artists are there out there with websites but i just can't understand with foriegn languages?
