its a little hard to comment on this at such an early stage (for me at least) but at the moment it looks to me a little funky structurally.
mostly the right (our left) arm/shoulder looks like its facing us front on, but the rest of the torso is on like a 1/3 angle. same sort of thing with the face, looks like the face is in profile, but the head is on an angle.

the bluey grey colour is really nice and the pose is interesting. cant wait to see it with some more work done :beer:

the atmosphere works extremely well. smoke looks good, too. as said before, the arm/shoulder on the left isnt perfect yet.

this is looking pretty nice so far. Although it is in an early stage the mood looks pretty scary. I was wondering If i could use this picture as a color reference? since my coloring skills really suck. This color scheme would look nice with my character. So how bout it?

:D haha - color reference away, i find it funny because, i am painting this in black and white and will add color last. i just tinted it blue for some reason or another .. like the file size wasnt big enough. so there isnt really any thought for color applied to it .. it's monotoned (b+w+1color)

This is a great pic as far as I'm concerned. I kind agree with nil on the torso looking a little off, seems to me that the shoulders are maybe turned a bit in. The head looks fine to me tho, it's obviously a little abnormal, but nothing seems out of place. Can't wait to see more of this.:D

it looks very nice indeed. I love the detail of the face n smoke stuff. it looks like he might be sitting/perched upon some black pillar/post.
