hey, if you could post a referance picture to the concept art pics that you want to learn to draw, we could maybe hint you to a few sites or books, but right now I have no clue what you want to learn :(

Start with drawing - that is the foundation for any of the visual arts.

Start with the basics, but in the meantime.... I suggest you go to the "Intro to CA" forum

Wanting learn is the first step and you've done that. It takes a lot of time and you'll draw loads of rubbish, but the more you draw the better you'll get. And most important of all is have fun while doing it - that's the only way you'll stick at it until it absorbs your soul.

Well Im gonna go ahead and post this, this has been my favorite site, and has become a daily routine for me ever since I started drawing humans : http://www.posemaniacs.com/
I usually do about 10 mins of 30 second gesture drawings a day, and A few 1 minute drawings depending on how much time I have. Its great for building up a sence of letting lose, and you learn the human proportions as you go. I could go on forever about how this is really one of the best tools to start learning, but I'll let your progress speak for itself :) good luck!
