Hey Leroy... sorry I jumped off line last night before you finally got your sketches up here. Anyways...
I love your style of render on both of these. Very nice hatching style. I'd really like to see the Death one finished. I think it would make for a really cool painting. The only thing that bothers me about the crow one is his neck... kinda looks like a turkey's neck... maybe it's a really old crow.
Make sure to finish the first one!

Not sure if that's the neck or bottom jaw. Little vague. Looks amost melted if its the jaw. Death, on the other hand, is BADASS! Really like the upwards sweeping movement and the impression that he's partly immersed in fog due to unfinished state. Sketch is right, it would be a great painting.
