Hi all, I'm making a short 3D film and one of the characters is this robot, is a sweeper robot that transforms from trash bin to robot... but I just don't like it, my concept design sense is null :(

I need some help with it, mainly the head and the neck. The trash bin itself (the robot's torso) should be like now, but the head could change to anything that can fit inside the bin... any ideas?

Some about his personality: It's a good, innocent person (robot?), he can't have a bad face, you know. It's tired of his bad job and will try to escape from it.

I will change the hands too, to a more human-like ones.

I would appreciate a bit of help with some sketches or anything :)

Best regards!

Ramiro

I really like the gritty quality of the textures, and I love the Bender homage arms!

As for the head/face, how about using some of the traditional implements of his profession as elements of his face and expression? The first thought that came to my mind along these lines was some sort of short bristle broom for a mustache thing . . . How many robots have facial hair? Anyway, try using broom handles, bristles, plastic bags . . . mops, buckets, etc for inspiration.
