I was looking for a program to display reference pictures to draw/paint, but didn’t find what I was looking for so I wrote one. It works like the 30 second drawing tool from posemaniacs (http://www.posemaniacs.com/), except it shows images from your HDD.

I only used it on my laptop, so please let me know how it works. It doesn't do any funky stuff except displaying images, but if you're cautious (and rightly so), feel free to check and tweak the source code. It's licensed under the GPL, so you can pass it around as you like.
