This is my first ever conceptart post and i was hoping for some crit

Well, if this is a fish-person (hard to tell which way to look at it), the first thing to do is look at human and fish anatomy. Get reference photos and keep them at hand and visible when sculpting. Every decision you make will be better if informed by the way these parts work in real life.

Thanks for posting. I didnt use reference for this small sculpt, i do really need to do that. Ive done a couple more models so im going to post them up. Im trying to create a sort of lovecrafts "Deep One" creature, so doing lots of small sculpey models. I have no idea why the photos have turned sideways..
