Hey,
Here's a couple of monster designs I did for a friend. I always work from scribbles to produce them, as I could NEVER come up with these from scratch...If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it.

Your pics are really good, they have a lot of details, this is good. But I think, that you have a problem with the proportions in the characters. you dont have to try to adjust it in the limits of the paper. I think that you do a first sketch to solve this problem. With this sketch try to apply the basics of a draw to give him more credibility (skeleton, muscules.., i know that the characters are monsters, and you can do it with the all you want ).

The second picture is the best, is more terrify, i think. (maybe is less human that the firt and you didnīt have to think in the proportions). Your ink style is very good too...

OK, thanks for the suggestion.
By the way, I don't ink these, these were done with pencil. But once i scan them, i adjust the levels to make it darker.

Oh? I see. Good job then with the pencil process. I like it very much, try to ink it .;)
