Radial Menu is SLOW...not worth using slow

I have windows 7, and an Intuos4, and a beefy pc. All that said the radial menu is so slow its not worth using. This cant be how it was designed. This happens no matter what program i use, or request i make. Simple B key or Brush select inside PS takes close to 5 seconds. I can open PS, IL, LR, and a truck load of tabs inside firefox and never have a problem... so speed isnt the issue or memory. Anyone know whats going on? Anyone know how to fix?

problem solved... updated the driver but needed to install it a few more time. I think my former tablet drivers where not completely uninstalled. Anyway..... it smokes now...well worth having.
