*whinethread* i fried my wacom >.<

today i picked up my old scanner to scan some stuff ive scribbled at work during the last year. i brought my old usb hub and its power adapter along aswell due to my usb ports beeing stuffed. and from there everything went down the drain.
connected the scanner and the tablet to the hub ... sorted the drawings and got ready to scan, no scanner found... after some fiddling around thought screw it ...disconnected the scanner, the hub and attached the wacom directly to the computer again. doh. the led went on for a second and off again. wtf.
on closer inspection it turned out i used a wrong power adapter with the hub, hence fried the wacom (and the scanner aswell, dont care about it though) and have to shell out 370,- euros tomorrow if i feel like drawing digitaly over the weekend.

im pissed... and sad... and yeah, pissed :/.

Daamn >.< are you sure your tablet is beyond reapair? maybe you only need to get another USB port for it!

Send it to WACOM for repair. Much more cheaper than to buy a new one.
